How do I order online?

It's really easy - you can order with or without a YARD account. Just add the product that you want to the basket and the rest is simple.

If you do get stuck though, feel free to contact us at orders@yardapparel.co.uk and we'll help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment through most major debit and credit card providers, such as VISA, Mastercard, Maestro & AMEX.

You also have the option to pay using Klarna, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

What delivery options do you have?

We currently offer two delivery types -

Our standard UK delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which is free on orders over £100 or £3.95 otherwise.

Our express UK delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £4.95 or £1.95 on orders over £100.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Not yet, but we're hoping to expand this soon.

If you desperately want something delivered outside of the UK though, please reach out to orders@yardapparel.co.uk and we'll see what we can do!

Do you only sell online?

No!

You can find our products in select, trusted retailers. Find your closest one
here.

We'll also be popping up at various events throughout the year. So keep your eyes on our socials!

Do you offer discounts?

Not currently. So if you do see one online, there's a very good chance it won't work!

But keep an eye on our socials for any promotions or giveaways.

Our products.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are currently designed and made in the UK. It is our aim to continue doing this as long as capacity allows, but understand that maintaining product quality and availability is the most important consideration.

The product I want is out of stock.

We're sorry to hear that. Rest assured we're working in the background on re-stocking any products that are out of or low on stock.

Will you be expanding your range?

Absolutely! We have a few garments and collections already in pre-production, with plans for LOTS more.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We know you'll love your purchase, however if you’ve changed your mind, you have 28 days from the day you received your order to return any items back to us.

Returned Items must be in the same condition that you received them. Unused, unworn (except for trying on) and with original packaging, tags, and labels attached. Returns that don't fit this criteria may be refused.

The whole process, from when you have printed the return label to when the refund is visible on your account, can take up to 14 days.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we will work with you to find the best solution.

How do I return an item?

For ease and your piece of mind, we offer free returns on all orders through Royal Mail.

If you request a return, we will provide you with a QR code that can be used at over 11,500 branches of Post Office or over 1,200 Customer Service Points. No printer required!

Please ensure the product is suitably packed for return, either in the original mailing bag or similar protective packaging.

You can use an alternate returns provider of your choice, if you wish, but please be aware that we will not reimburse postage costs in this instance and the responsibility lies with you to ensure the product arrives with us safely.

Please note, we don't offer refunds on original shipping costs except where the goods received are faulty or incorrect.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Except if a product is damaged, faulty or sent incorrectly.

How long until I get my refund?

Please allow 5 working days for your return to get back to us. We aim to check the goods and approve any refunds within 4 working days of receiving them.

We will then get in touch to confirm the refund or if there are any issues.

Once confirmed, your original payment method will be reimbursed. Please allow 3-10 working days for this to appear in the relevant account (depending on provider).
